This model has the Grand Auditorium shape with cutaway, and it is made from master grade tonewoods – the soundboard features Sitka spruce, and the back and sides are made from Indian rosewood. The beauty of the woods are underscored by a host of appointments – a premium concentric-ring rosette, koa binding and tail decoration, a ziricote bridge, fingerboard and headstock overlay. The fingerboard features front mother-of-pearl leaf inlays, a similar shape adorns also the headstock, rendered in green abalone. The Red Master’s Choice comes with LR Baggs Stagepro Anthem pickup with the control panel mounted on the side of the guitar to provide easy access to the battery and a built-in three-band equalizer. The mix control allows blending the sound from the microphone and the under saddle pickup. The additional tone shaping features include bass and treble controls, phase inversion, a notch filter, and highly efficient feedback suppression.
